I love the atmosphere, the chandeliers are outstanding, ambient is just perfect. Great music. Service is excellent. Food is good. We had the gringo burgers and the Cuban torta they were well served. (Sorry forgot to take pics) portions are adequate to the prices. Overall we spent a good time. Nice place to enjoy a good time with your friends or family.

I loved the atmosphere, the detailed decor and the great customer service. From the moment we walked in, I was attracted to the bright colors and attention from the staff. The prices are reasonable and the portions large. If you enjoy mezcal, you must try the mezcalitas. Cheers!

We had a wonderful experience at Pedro’s Tacos and Tequila Bar - Edinburg! The food was absolutely delicious, full of flavor and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with great music that set the perfect mood—lively but not too loud. What really made the visit special was the exceptional service. The servers were attentive and friendly, and Juan Bautista went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Despite the odd soundtrack of twangy country echoing off reclaimed wood and Edison bulbs, this boho Mexican joint is less revolution, more polished medio-fantasy. A mash-up of local plates and Tex-Mex fusion favorites that sound better on paper to the investors. The prices hover in that safe mid-range sweet spot, perfect for folks who can’t be bothered to press their own tortillas and still think birria is the bleeding edge of culinary discovery. It’s not bad for me, just not memorable. But if you’re a young hipster in search of Instagrammable salsa flights and tequila cocktails you can tell your friends about, congratulations: you’ve found your place.

Incredible place. We were quickly greeted and seated. Olga our waitress, took our drink order and was very friendly. The adult beverages were very well made. She explained the menu and suggested an amazing plate called the Mesquite grill. It included shrimp, beef and chicken fajitas, sausage and sides. Wow! It was the best. The serving was plentiful. We did not wait long for our food to be served and the food was hot and tasty. Prices are very reasonable. We even needed a to go box. The manager, Juan, came by and greeted us and made sure everything was up to par. Atmosphere was pleasant and spacious. Great restaurant. Highly recommended.

Great experience in this newer restaurant in Edinburg, Texas. Has a great food, served hot at your table, drinks are cold as they should be. Service was excellent, great to detail. The only issue here at this facility is that when you pay with a credit card you get charged a service or card fee. Ours was $3.95, And according to the Texas Attorney Generals Office, no Business should be charging their customers these fees any more. So make sure you bring it up when you pay. Or file a complaint and they will e charge a $500 penalty fee.

The food was very delicious, love the decor of the place. Noah was our waiter and was helpful at explaining the menu and recommendations. Overall would go again. They plan on having nights of mariachi, they have outdoor seating.
